If i lost $9000.00 in Vegas i`m sure the Golden Nugget where we like to stay would be comp. My win lost statement for last year shows i lost $9000.00 and would you believe i have not been comp. last week i put my card in the machine to find out they cut me down to $20.00. i`m a gold card member where for the last year and a half is was receiving $30.00 in added play. especially when i`m spending $500.00 to $1000.00 at a time in the casino.there employees are always talking to one another when they should be taking care of the customers. and we are only talking about a $20.00 or $25.00 for two people for a meal. the last year and a half i can`t even get a casino hostess to greet me let alone to give me a comp.
where the casino hostess would throw our way for being good customers.
I have been going to pala casino for many years but the last year i have really noticed a change in the casino for the worst.We use to get comps.
